This policy explains what data EasyEVPlug (operated by Tajalli Tech) collects and how it is used.
Account details (name, email, phone), the chargers and properties you manage, charging session and meter data, RFID card allocations, invoices and settlement records, and authentication audit logs (email, IP and outcome of sign-in attempts).
To operate the platform: authenticate you, run and bill charging sessions, generate invoices and settlements, send operational notifications, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
When you sign in we record the email tried, source IP and outcome for security monitoring. Passwords are stored only as Argon2id hashes; magic-link tokens are stored only as hashes and expire after 15 minutes.
We use service providers for email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, payment and settlement processing, and (optionally) Google for federated sign-in. These providers process data only to deliver their function.
Operational and financial records are retained as long as needed to run the service and meet legal and tax obligations. Audit logs are retained for security purposes.
