These terms govern your use of the EasyEVPlug platform operated by Tajalli Tech. By signing in or using the service you agree to them.
EasyEVPlug provides software to manage EV charging hardware, tariffs, sessions, RFID access, invoicing and settlements for property owners and their staff. Access is granted to accounts provisioned by EasyEVPlug or an authorised operator.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify support@easyevplug.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. Charging tariffs, taxes and settlements you configure are your responsibility to keep accurate.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Charging hardware connectivity depends on third-party networks outside our control.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tajalli Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
